When we use the internet or high speed internet inside our phone, we are always confronted with mass spam numbers and messages which, without our knowledge, make the storage of the phone full and that ultimately makes the phone run slow. Default phone apps or even apps from Google on operating system 10 and above we find that it helps quite a lot, but it is not as it is the working of Truecaller as it provides complete protection against spam and other difficulties for users.
Truecaller is a Swedish company and it was started by two students in the year 2009 and slowly grew to a most important apps and in deed it is one of the most precious apps, just like Akismet spam protection for WordPress which stops many unwanted spams from stopping your website goes on live. As of today there are almost 300 million users around the world for caller ID and spam blocking.
When we find the phone is ringing we see only the phone number and do not know who is calling as if that number is not inside of your phonebook, then there is no way you know who is calling and that call might be from people to whom you do not want to receive the call then the solution is Truecaller which shows the name of the caller when the phone rings on the mobile due to all of these uncertainties Truecaller comes to the rescue.
Due to all of these uncertainties we do find that Truecaller provides exact information of the caller and also if that call is from whether it is from a spammer or telecaller, you will know from Truecaller’s calling app and that makes yours receive the phone call by knowing who is calling. It provides ample convenience for users as most of time users see the name of the caller while their phone rings.
It is important to back up Truecaller to Google Drive. It is important to back up it from time to time and if you make a habit of backing it up daily then in the case yours phone is ded and in the new phone you want to Truecaller at the same account and want to retrieve previous information then backing up it to Google Drive. In this way you can retrieve missed calls, sms and other important numbers which you put it insideTruecaller account.
Sometimes backing up to Google Drive becomes difficult with Truecaller then you can go straight to Google Play Store and search for an app namely Google Drive and then install it on your phone and then activate it. Then Open Truecaller and then go to its settings and then go for backup and am sure after installation of Google Drive on the same phone and backitup Truecaller. In the free version of Truecaller you will find many ads and in the premium version it is totally adfree. In addition to this you will get automatic spam that is absolutely free and it automatically removes incoming calls and in this way you will not find any difficulties to manage your phone.
The Most important part of using Truecaller is to confirm that your phone. It works smoothly but when you use it with lesser RAM then it hangs up many times, and it makes yours phone functioning worse as sometimes even it is difficult to receive calls as the phone book hangs and talking with other persons becomes extremely difficult. I tested Truecaller premium in Redmi 7A which has 2 GB RAM and the same app with the same account on Samsung Galaxy A12 which has 6 GB RAM and 2 GB virtual RAM. With Redmi 7A I found that receiving call becomes difficult as it hangs when the call is made and many a time swiping on the call becomes difficult. It hangs multiple times and if you receive more and more calls then phone stays hang and receiving calls from multiple times from different numbers many times makes the phone hang up and phone becomes dead for some time or you can reach the maintenance department of the phone in order to repair it.
On the other hand with Samsung Galaxy A12, with 6GB RAM and 2 GB of virtual RAM provides ease to use use of Truecaller as if you are using it as the default dialer app. Phone never hangs up and you can easily receive and send calls. Truecaller provides a perfect use of apps and it works seamlessly with Samsung Galaxy A12. As per the testing, I found with Redmi 7A Truecaller opens in 8 to 9 seconds depending upon the number of programs already open. Here the experiment is done with power saving mode turned off and phone sets not towards adaptive power saving.
