Google Drive is used by people for their cloud storage platform. It is free for 15 to 17 GB online storage. It is the highest available free storage from reputed firms such as Google, Microsoft, Apple or DropBox. Google Drive is evolving continuously and when you have broadband connectivity then it works on the principle of direct synchronization of files and folders and that works directly through cloud service. You have options to sync with Google Drive and in addition to it to back up to Google Photos. The second option is not mandatory.
In the desktop version of Google Drive you will find two storage options which can be accessed from preference settings of Google Drive for desktop. Generally, Google Drive icon on desktop stays at status bar and if it is not visible then click the triangle icon out there and it will expand the status menu. There you will find Google Drive icon and when you opt for synchronization then you can access already synchronized files from computer to Google Drive online.
It works in a perfect cloud storage as you can access these files from another device let us say from computer to mobile and then whenever you update the same file in one location it automatically. Suppose while making a rate comparison chart of the restaurant which is located in the local hard drive of the computer and the precondition is that the computer must have Google drive for the computer either that of Microsoft WIndows or Apple’s operating system. It works perfectly and when you update or add values to the same file let us say located at local computer or through android mobile.
You are on the move and if for any problem if you are not able to take with you laptop then from your android mobile you can access those files of the computer even if your desktop computer is offline or switched off. Those files that are allowed to be uploaded to cloud and if you provide a synchronization option this means that those files stays with Google cloud forever and you can access those files from any device be it with Google Chrome and then Google Drive and then go to computers and laptops or any other connected device. In the Google Drive online from its left hand side go to computers and then choose the local computer and then choose the file and then whatever you do change here will be similarly updated to the computer and when you will open the computer and connect to the internet then that file will be synchronized to the computer automatically. In this way, files will be synchronized automatically in each and every device.
Suppose you want to upload music files located at a computer and then synchronize it with Google Drive and then after uploading it will be available with your mobile devices or any other devices with the same devices. In this way, you can access your files, in this case the audio files from your android device even if those files are not there inside yours android device. In this you can use Google Drive to play yours audios that are stored in another device and that device may be online or not does not require as it will directly come from Google drive online and in this way files can run in any device with same Google account and the storage spaces inside of yours phone stay saved as only online storage space will be used and when you want to add or delete any songs.
Then, go to the device in this case computer and from there you can add or delete songs from that folder and if you want to delete the entire folder from Google drive online, then delete that folder from computer and then automatically that folder is deleted from Google Drive online storage and in this way the prime focus is that if you want to delete any folder from online Google Drive then you should go to original source of document and then delete those files directly from the same device such as computer and then that file automatically deleted from Google online drive storage.
