Most web hosting providers provide lite or basic email of upto 5 GB email with yours domain. To create a new email address, for yours account login to yours hosting account and then reach to Email and office.Here as per yours hosting plan you can have five free emails or if there is infinitive sign then you can create unlimited number of email accounts.
Precautions:
You cannot create email address exactly the same as that of user name of yours cPanel account. Before creating email address think of it as you cannot alter name of it after email account creation. There is a cpanel forwarding email address and you can easily forward mails to external email address without login to Cpanel email address.
Before creating email go to yours domain menu to create the domain for which you want to create domain email. Then it will ask you to select a password and it is wise to create a secure password. The system will automatically examine the password and then it will say that whether it is secure or not. In order to double check entered password you can click on the reveal icon to see what you have entered just now.
Then, select send login link to alternate email address and enter the alternative email address. Entire login and email link will be sent to the mentioned address, you can keep it as a backup of yours email address.
How to add email routing from your domain mail to Cloudflare email routing.
Here, we suppose that yours website is already connected with Cloudflare through exchange of name servers. Now reach to cloudflare dashboard and then click on website that is joined with cloudflare and then go to left hand side, Then expand the menu and the reach to email and then email routing. Here, cloudflare will provide you with email DNS records. First you need to configure email DNS records to yours web hosting accounts.
Email DNS records:
Email DNS records are combination of MX and TXT records that need to be added to yours original host and then delete original host email DNS records to make it fast and secure with cloud flare observations. In this way yi=ou will be able to redirect yours DNS and route emails through cloud flare after that you can delete the hosting MX and TXT records from Cloudflare account itself.
Here you will find four required email DNS records for routing and then MX records is for receiving domains of receiving email. TXT records is essential for preffered domain and here cloudflare . So it is important to attach TXT record of cloudflare into yours hosting provider. Cloudflare will provide three MX record type with hostname, priority and value and after installing these records into yours domain and in my case Bluehost and then save it and wait for few minutes for thee records to propagate so that servers of cloudflare will able to reach at you.
Add cloudflare router records into your hosting provider.
Next you will need to add TXT records iin Bluehost panel and for this you need to go to login to Bluehost or yours hosting provider and in order to dd these MX records written above and TXT record you go to left hand side and then click on Domains then my domains then click on right hand side and then click on manage, click the drop down of manage and then click on DNS. Then click on DNS manager and scroll down to find MX records and then TXT records. Then save it.
Delete hosting providers MX records:
Then reach to Cloudflare and email routing and there click on start enabling at Email DNS records at Cloudflare and it will soon say that conflicting MX records found and then from there at the cloudflare dashboard delete the conflicting DNS records which are of from yours hosting provider.
Create custom email address to send email to another destination address.
From hosting provider you can create custom email address as well as from cloudflare now after routing of MX and TXT records inducted into hosting domains now you can create a custom email address directly from cloudflare dashboard. Go to email and then email routing and then it has three segments known as custom addresses, catch all addrtess and destination addresses.
If you have mail such as admin@mohanmekap.com where you can have separate domain then you can add this address to custom address and in the route of custom address write down yours domain address and then in action there is send to the common gmail or yahoomail address.
Then in the destination address segment add destination address and then add email such as gmail or yahoo. Command then save and if it is redirected to destination address through hosting provider then it will show as verified status. In addition to this you can catch all address to enable cloudflare to catch all address to set an action for all other email addresses in mohanmekap.com In the second segment you can catch- all addresses. It enable the catch-all address to see an action for all other email addresses in mohanmekap.com In action you can choose action for drop.
