Running a business and especially the hospitality industries does require huge promotion in each and every field of social media communications. In this league we do find that the presence of free options of various social media communications have opted for free page for businesses and it is our duty to promote all of these for more secure and more far reaching people. In this age of absolute digital communication we do find that there are many digital payment procedures that come upfront and that makes the running of social media communications more and more interesting. 

We can create business pages of facebook, my business page of Google and Pinterest Business profile and the list goes on and continues further. We do post from time to time in these business pages so that by increasing followers posts reach to far more destinations than originally is proposed of. While sending images and posts regularly we do find that suddenly some posts become virals and do take a huge amount of visitor’s attraction.

Facebook suggests ande if you invest money with Facebook Ads then you can find that those related images making it viral and that will increase visibility of your post as well as property.

We received sort of 20 to 30 messages and most of them are spam messages to ours utter surprise we do find that, more and more people are sending as if they are receiving this promotions for jobs and from time to time we do find that, there has been more and more people thinking that it is all about, posting jobs at Hotel Shreehari and instead this is about collecting leads, from it and nothing more and less about it. 

I find nothing sort of ours advertisements meant for collecting leads so that guests will come out to reach us but instead this advertisement is thought by job seekers that ours hotel is inviting applications and instead comes up with so many job applications. Ours motive is to find out how much lead management and leads comes upon we do hope that, more and more leads might come upon but that has not to be and sadly I do not find any lead management only hi and hello and then, only the calls for job openings at ours property instead of attracting more and more visitors to ours hospitality industry and this is more and more saddening as we do find that, there is not a single lead coming to ours way though we are expecting from it but the amount of job applications we do receive during these times we do find that most of times we do see that instead of finding any such leads we fall upon the  plenty of job applications.

Overall though number of followers increase in Facebook Page increases substantially but that is not my sole aim for this my sole aim is to increase leads for ours hospital industry which I think have not found it not a single so that is surprising as well as sad for me but still I do hope in the time comes by I could get more and more followers as well as those followers would convert into leads and that would make hotel management easier for me. 

This article is for my practical calibration of how facebook ads work but still am not able to find out the real values of it but still, there is no leads so in terms of cost value equation I could not find the real amount of time, how this has substituted to my leads but I do hope with the amount of followers are there at any point of time I could find and see that, in the course of time the followers to ours page might convert to leads for ours hospitality management.
