A rear tube issue on a Hero Lectro C5i

After almost five months of using Hero Lectro C5i, on one morning at about almost half past eight when I was moving towards my office which is almost five kilometers away from home and I was almost half of suddenly my back tube sounds horribly wrong when I was nearing the seabeach marine drive roads. Suddenly the speed of the electronic bike becomes slower and it sounds like iron rims moving in and out there and after moving for 100 meters I stopped the c5i to see what had happened.

I find that the rear wheel has already become pumpless and it is evident that now my electronic bicycle needs to be taken to the shop where I purchased it. That shop was almost seven kilometers from where I had been and there is no short cut to do this as my office is still one and half kilometers from marine drive road. I was almost in the early morning so there is no way I can find help out here.

I had to move the bicycle manually and carefully as the C5i has no tubeless tire as it comes with an air filled tube tire and for this I had to move towards the shop where I purchased it offline. For this reason only I found that purchasing electronic bicycles such as mine, that is Hero Lectro C5i, from offline and nearby town where I lived so that ultimately I could find this sort of problem solving situation and for this I did not buy this from Amazon or other electronic commerce websites.

So after almost one hour of taking the C5i for almost such a long distance and moving e bike manually, we finally reached the shop at almost half past nine. The shop was opened but at 11 am its main mechanic would come so I had to wait and when he came at eleven o’clock he said that c5i requires wide tube and that is at this shop not available right away but he said that in its warehouse which is almost 10 kilometers from this city and that would take time and he advised me to leave the electronic bicycle and I should come at 6.30 pm or 7 pm today. So, I decided to take a leave from office today so that C5i could be repaired successfully.

I also said to the main mechanic to see the state of the electronic bicycle and to see the brake and other electronic systems. In the evening I reached the bicycle shop along with my daddy and my C5i now becomes perfect and it is working. After paying 250 for the tube, which is almost two to three times of a normal manual bicycle tube, but now it is done and daddy told me to buy the special air pump with double liver and that costs almost 300 rupees but daddy said that it is worth the buy. In this way my miseries attached to Hero Lectro C5i end today and I prepare for the next morning to go with my electronic bicycle towards office.
