Questionnaire For Assessing Organizational Climate For Supporting Entrepreneurial Culture

Upon the detailed analysis of valuable feedback received, interviewing some key persons and our own experience, we have come to a conclusion that the issue is very large and needs time for a very thorough analysis. However, we have tried to come to the best possible conclusion with little knowledge and understanding that we have and feel will help in creation of a culture of entrepreneurship. According to us, in general large organizations do have difficulty in percolating the larger aim of the organization down every stratum of management and workforce and the same is true with our case i.e. . The kind of non-clarity of vision and goals that afflict any large organization is also present here. People feel lost in the ocean of large manpower and this feeling needs to be addressed very urgently and effectively, as it is these very people who will bring in the desired change. The organization structure of , according to us, needs a little thinning and the appraisal system needs to be revamped. An atmosphere needs to be created where people can be given enough freedom to act and draw motivation from those achievements, which are in line with organizational priorities. The organization needs to be more open to new ideas and flexible in its approach to meet the challenges emerging from fast changing market scenario.

Never the less, it is heartening to find that is having sufficient potential for creation of this culture. The employees are, by and large, motivated and dedicated to the organization. As suggested by us, the organization could do better if the people are rotated for cross-pollination of fresh ideas.

It is true that cultural changes in any organization cannot be brought overnight but then it is also true that ‘well begun is half the job done’.

Saving The Environment And Its Values

There are cases of urbanization fast paced and in some areas it is slow paced but everywhere it is evident that it is happening day by day. It seems it is the natural process and it is continuing. With this its deleterious effect on earth’s biodiversity is becoming evident. With this day by day the tigers and lions are fast becoming endangered species that tells the story all by itself. With the dwindling of forest cover and the advent of jungle animals into towns speaks all for itself and it is high time to preserve these ranked species through some tough rule with that of urbanization and other related actions

Due to disappearances of large stretches of waste lands which are the essentials for the survivals of wild animals and also with it large number of rare breeds of plants also fast disappearing from the earth. This is directly affecting the climate of earth and also proportionally affecting the Antarctica and their animals. With fast changing climates where the cold regions are getting the heat on and the hot regions are getting the cool end of weather and this is being really somewhat strange and also it will be going to affect the entire climatic conditions of the world and that is why it is imperative to preserve the environment .

As per the report already one hundred forty-one categories has been placed inside the endangered categories and sixty one is being placed to be endangered categories which is not good and it is the sign of eminent danger that is lurking on us and it is high time to act now other wise there will be the time when we cannot do anything to save the nature an that will be then real difficult period to cope it with. These statistics should give the ringing alarm among the environmentalists and they should do everything to save the nature earth and try to bring it back to its old time.

It is here the question here again rises should we progress so much so that with the advance and advent of urbanization and the cement structure everything from the nature to all its elements and supplements are fast becoming some rarest of rare species and it is high time to save the earth from all these vagaries of nature and the most important and the significant part of this is that it is all in our hands.

People must stay in sub urban cities and try to develop there instead of getting towards the cities where the overflow of population is demanding and the housing and the big concrete structures is simply destroying all the environmental patterns slowly. We are in a sense destroying all the natural habitat of animals and make them to expose to the real vagaries of urban world where they feel the loneliness and fear. Urbanization is intrinsically related to building of high structures, railways, factories and these can take up many waste lands which is otherwise known as the natural habitat for animals.

We know that these developmental process is never going to be end and for this the populations of mammals and birds needs to be considered carefully as they will have to survive and for this it is evident to built some of the natural habitat and these should be done from the side of government as well as from private persons. So, with the rise of population as well as rise in developmental work which is obvious and cannot be reversed it is high time to go for some of the natural measures that should be taken by both the government as well as private individuals and also it can be a cooperative moment to succeeds this.
