  9. There is a greater need to develop the efficiency of I.T. people as the system is quite OK.
  10. The required information should be continuously updated.
  11. There is a greater need for restructuring and reengineering of the I.T system in as per the changing scenario of different departments.
  12. The installed systems and hardware should be regularly inspected and maintenance should be done properly to get accurate results.
  13. There is a need to develop the separate design of software according to the requirements of the customers also the PCs should be provided based on their needs.
  14. The integrity and consistency of data are reliable but there is a need for updating and communicating the data immediately to the customers.
  15. There is a need to develop the process of planning in a more scientific way so that the paperwork culture is reduced at zero levels.
  16. The I.T. system has brought a total change in the quality management system to a great extent.
  17. The I.T. network system has brought a dynamic change in the status of working conditions, thoughts, and believes of the employees.
