    The performance of BSP is commendable as it has achieved all the objectives which have been set. This could be possible with the consistent efforts and team work of the employees. Hence, it was not possible for the researcher to collect a very large number of sample sizes. The sample size is neither too large nor too small. The researcher sample size is one hundred thirty five (135) . In every analysis extensive use of spss 10 is used .
  2. Management Limitations of the study:
    The study has been strictly confined with the I.T. activities and its impact on employees’ level of satisfaction Index. The area and the people who are covered under this study were those customers who have direct or indirect relationship with different I.T. activities. Therefore, the limitation of this study was the subject matter that of I.T. function and its users. This study has two ends that are I.T. theory and I.T. practices in the work culture of BSP and nothing beyond this limit.

The preceding discussion on the different applications of this research should not lead any one to assume that this research con solve all the problems of Information Communication Technology.
