For Long Life

  1. Create sufficient time for your family.
  2. Manage to keep stress at the lowest possible level, avoiding irritation and intolerance.
  3. Laugh to your heart’s content, love and be loved. 
  4. Regular exercise and maintenance and monitoring of a healthy body weight.
  5. Be a vegetarian almost always treating the non-veg stuff as only secondary. (if you are not a vegetarian).
  6. Bellyful breakfast, moderate lunch and minimal dinner do wonders.
  7. Drink plenty of water – not less than eight to ten glasses daily.
  8. “Early to bed and early to rise; makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. "
