lamb 2 Ingredients :

Lamb – 500gms
Green cardamoms – two
Cloves – two
Bay leaves – two
Cinnamon – 1”
Onion – one large of 100gms
Fresh cream of milk – 6 tsp
Cumin powder – one tsp
Chili powder – one tsp
Chinese salt – ½ tsp
Mustard oil – four tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – two tsp
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric Powder- one tsp.


Fry cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon until light golden brown and keep aside. Fry sliced onions golden brown and add four tsp of fresh cream of milk, cumin powder, one tsp chili powder and Chinese salt to it and fry until oil oozes out. Add the fried onions, turmeric powder, lamb pieces and two cups of water and cook until lamb is tender. It will take 35-40 minutes if pressure cooker is not used. Of course, you are not to use pressure cooker for better taste.

Then put in high flame and dry up water contents altogether.Transfer the contents to a bowl and add two more tsp of fresh cream of milk and sprinkle one tsp of chopped coriander leaves on it and serve hot with a smile.
