Water  is most essential  for our body. Our body requires within one and seven liters of water per day to avoid dehydration/thirstiness. This specific measure depends on the weather condition, temperature, humidity, level of activeness and other factors. It is dangerous to drink too little especially in warm humid weather and while exercising.But yet  It is not clear how much water intake is needed by a healthy person. Study shows that 7–8 glasses of water  daily is the minimum requirement for a healthy person.
In a warm climate or  if you exercise very intensively, you need to drink more than eight glasses of plain water. Drinking eight glasses of water every day makes your wait-loss possible.Yes, it is true, of course, for overweight persons to drink a few glasses more.

Most importantly, drinking more water gives attractive look and glowing skin. Drinking water is a cheap and easily available and very effective way to look good and to lose weight( also to add proper diet and exercise ) and can ensure a healthy life, body and mind.
