For  glow  skin

Heavy Exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
Deep undisturbed  sleep for 7 to 8 hours per day.
Drink 10 to 12 glass of water .
Include fresh fruits juice with vitamine C such as orange,lime,etc.everyday.
Eat fresh home made cooked food.

Try to avoid:

Junk  food.
Oil, sweets .
Sleepless nights.
